Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

• We are sorry, but we are unable to take any returns on cut fabrics or notions
• No returns, refunds or exchanges on kits, books and patterns -- however, we may be able to exchange unopened notions (if still sealed in original packaging) within 30 days with original receipt
• If you purchase a kit and any materials or instructions are missing or unusable, we will replace the missing item (as closely as possible)

Discounts & Special Deals

• We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to all quilt guild members -- please present your membership card at time of purchase
• We have a frequent shopper card which is punched with the amount you spend each time you shop (non-sale items only). When you fill the card, you will receive $25 or 10% off your next purchase
• Unfortunately, we are unable to take special orders

Class policies

• All adult classes are limited to 8 people
• Full payment is required at the time of registration
• All classes have a minimum attendance set. If minimum registration is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class, and in this case, you will receive a refund of class fees you have already paid
• We have a 72-hour cancellation policy -- if you do not cancel at least 72 hours before class, you will forfeit your class fee
• If The Quilter's Inn must cancel a class, a store credit or refund will be offered
